iam 19 yrs old,5 11" tall and iam 76 kgs or 176 lbs, iam have been going gym for past 10 months.i take 6 eggs daily and 2 glasses of milk.....i dont take meat ,fishes etc..only eggs.Is my diet is o.k....or wut should i add up to it??

meat has minerals that are not found in eggs
fish - chicken - lean beef

If your going to the gym and weight training you will need more protein than that. The more you weight train the more protein you will need. Drink a protein shake immediately following your workout! Eat some beef and chicken
