I think there are 2 things that u can do.
1) You can try not to think about it by doing the things that you like. f.g. go out, meet with your friends, read a book, tv, radio etc. OR
2) Spend as much time as necessary to think those problems and try to found a solution.
You are always going to have those problems, unless you found a solution. There going to be on your mind spinning, and slowly eating you, until they make you crazy.
Life is difficult, but there is always a solution, and the most of the time the true is next to you.

Hmmm, thats a tricky one as your mind will always return to s.th. if not "filed". I suggest you do some pysically demanding and stimulating activity (for example computer game) I personally play a good song and sing loud. a) helps with the mood and b)keeps your mind of the annoying thought. If this doesnt help, sit down and think the stuff though until you find a close to it, could also help to write it down . I promise it wont bug you as much anymore.

Concentrate on something nice like the opposite sex
or hobby or anything which interests you and after a
while you will forget what was annoying you in the first
place.

Keep yourself busy, set your self achievable goals and work towards them. Always remember there are people much worse of than yourself and at least you have access to a computer and people on Yahoo to help you
