This is a great receipe. I hope you enjoy it.

ITALIAN POT ROAST SANDWICHES

1 (3 1/2 - 4 lb.) chuck roast
Oregano
1 (12 oz.) bottle peppercini peppers (I use 16 oz.)
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 can beef broth

Rub all sides of roast with oregano. Put all ingredients into a crock pot, turn on high and cook 3 to 4 hours. (Or all day on low setting.) Take out bones and fat. Shred the meat and cut peppers. Mix together. Serve on warm buns with a nice pasta.

Instructions

Simple but great crock pot recipe. Take a 3-4lb rump roast, place in crock
pot. Set on low, add one jar mild pepperchines [spelling?]; cook for
twentyfour hours. Great with a hangover. Serve on a hardroll bun.
Magnificent.

Thin slices of pepperoncini are great as a side for just about any form of meat and fish. The best type is the deep yellow hot.

Calamari and deep fried fish go well with the hot pepper.

Try anything with pepperincini and you'll not be dissappointed.

one of my faves is deep fried calamari sauteed with butter and pepperoncini.
Place the calamari in a baggie with club soda. Dredge in seasoned flour and fry the calamari in a skillet with 360* oil.
Melt some butter in a sautee pan, add as much pepperoncini as you like then add the cooked calamari and toss quickly. Serve immediately.ymmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I like them on salads, or on pizzas. Or, you can stuff them with feta cheese.
