ok so i wanna get a tattoo and i thought it would be funny/kool looking if i got a permanent pair of shoes tattood on my feet lol. i wana get a pair of low top converse/chuck taylers. what do you guys think and do you know any one who has somthing similar? pictures?

the only thing i have seen is socks. and let me just go ahead and tell you that foot tattoos are among the most painful. and i would guess that a tattoo like that, if you got your whole foot colored could take upwards of 8 hours per foot. i have had a total of 5 1/2 hours of work done on my feet and it is NOT something i look forward to doing. it is the one time when i actually dread getting tattooed. honestly it is excruciating pain for the duration of the tattoo. it doesn't go numb it's straight up pain the whole way. you should definitely think it out before you get part of a shoe tattooed on your foot. good luck tho!

let me start by saying i have many many tattoos and piercings and worked in a studio, so you know i'm not a member of the anti-brigade! while theoretically this does sound funky, 2 things spring to mind as words of caution, one, this sounds as though it might be a bit much, a bit too full on, i have seen many "clothing" tattoos, corsets etc are amazing , however such a specific branded piece? hmmmm? i love converses but i somehow dont think i'll be wearing them at 70, the 2nd thing i would think about is, if you're thinking this will look like you're wearing shoes when you're barefoot you are mistaken, seen several similar, and even with painted toe nails, its that area that it looses the illusion, i know someone that has the converse logo on each ankle like the boots have, i've looked for a photo i have but its location escapes me (i will keep looking tho) it looks funky, if you started with this and see how you feel after living with it for a while, this would allow you to add to it for the full shoe effect if you still feel this is for you, i hope this helps, and i will look later on today for that photo and add as an edit, good luck
