Have it chemically straightened at a professional hair salon which stock Paul Mitchell products. I had mine done and after I washed it I could let it dry naturally and it was STICK straight ... It lasts a few months - well mine did ...
I saved so much time not having to blow dry it and use the straight iron! It makes a huge difference!!!

There are products on the market that will relax curly hair. Back in the 60's, girls used to use actual irons and ironing boards to straighten their hair, but I urge you to use extreme caution if you decide to try this!

God! I hate that!!! I am exactly the same. My hair will stay straight, but if I go outside within an hour it will be back to curly and it frizzes.... I so wish I knew how to stop it... It's not brittle or dry or anything, it just needs to contol itself.

After I wash my hair with anti-frizz shampoo and condition it, I usually apply a creamy product for straightening and anti frizz(tresemme anti frizz secret - can be found at any drug store) and blow dry it with a brush. After blow-drying, I use a spray or gel styling product again to keep it straight. I recommend trying Pantene, Tresemme and John Frieda lines and see which ones work best for you.

what straightner do you have? i have a ghd one there expensive-about $300 but there really good the other option is chemical straightning BUT the problem with that is it is really expensive!! i wanted to get mine done, my hairs probs up to my armpits and the hairdressers (i went to a few) said around $600-1000 and plus they said u cant have any dye or anything becoz it weakens ur hair to much and it will just snap so it has to be ur natural hair colour

chemically straightening your hair may work, but it is not good for your hair. by the time it fades and your hair goes back to normal, it is so dead that you need to cut it.
