It simply means they are one. Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Father are one. They are one in nature, essence and character. What the one is made up of the others are also of the same substance. Just as you are of the same substance as your parents, so too in this case.

I have not heard of that expression. There is the possibility that the blessed Eucharist is a substance before it becomes God at mass and Christ and the Father are one in the substance as they are always.

Perhaps they mean that Jesus Christ is Spirit like the Father is Spirit. Perhaps they mean that Jesus was begotten of the Father's Holy Spirit. Either would be correct.

I would interpret it as something like Christ came in the flesh to manifest God to mankind. You can not physically touch God, but while he walked the earth, you could have reached out and touched Jesus.

Yes first answerer is correct, I would add that Jesus Himself said "If you have seen Me you have seen the Father," in essence that is what He is talking about.
