Healthy low-fat snacks I can think of off the top of my head: Carrot and celery sticks, apple slices, nuts, pretzels, raisins.
Healthy low-fat meals: try soups and salads. My dad is on a low sodium diet and often makes his own soups from low sodium broth, and fresh or frozen vegetables. Fresh salads also have fiber in them that may help you feel less bloated as the fiber absorbs water. I understand grilled meats also tend to have less fat than fried meats. Hope this helps!

try lower sodium!

If it's from woman things it's mostly in your head and there is nothing you can do, but if you are physically bloated, try less sodium and maybe a natural diuretic like cranberry or even, yes, if your 21 or older, light beer.

Or you could just run 5 miles and be awesome.
