I have heard that you only fall truly in love one time do you think that is true?? And if you have any expirance to back that up feel free to say why it is you think what you think.

For me that stands true. I have only been truly in love once, and even though she is gone and I never know if she will come back someday I still love her just the same to this very day. Although her family is what split us up I believe it was true for her and have faith that if it was the same for her than we will meet again someday.

Love is an emotion that everyone experiences, whether its' my husband eating M & M 's or me loving him, love is a human trait. For the first time or for "real" is always what that person feels.
Use your judgement about love, it can get you into trouble fast.....you could love the best of the best of the guys, but if he has to report to his parole officer, then maybe you should not see this guy as often. Or maybe this guy seems so cute on the internet, but his name changed when you met him in person......or maybe this guys' reputation in the whole high school was something, until he met you......then under the bleachers that night was something to forget for you.....
Guys use that line all the time to snag someone ideal or isn't paying attention to what they want. Classic example is the horror story lines about the monster always going after the good looking chick first.....
Use your discretion with guys, especially now a days, there are so many losers and killers/rapists that I would be afraid to date online....
My advice is to have friends that have friends and you all meet at the library to do homework, but this doesn't seem to be Beaver Cleaver age where teens do that now.....Know each other, be friends, first, then go from there
If you are friends first, then maybe you can be good lovers someday......Get to know what you like and don't like, first by dating and don't call it love at first sight though....

No, I don't think this is true. I have loved people in the past. Now, I do think that you may not love different people the same WAY. I can easily say that I haven't loved anyone like I love the man I am with right now. I loved my ex fiance, but the relationship didn't work out. It doesn't mean the love wasn't real.

No that isn't true, I'm a male, 41 yrs old been married for 17 years now divorced, I truly loved that woman........Now I'm truly in love again....even considering marriage again

No, people fall in love many times and that doesn't mean much. Finding someone who will catch you and love you back however- that is a once-in-a-lifetime...

no. you are like 13 and you believe those quotes. which is dumb . all girls do that. its so dumb to base your life off of quotes and live by them. you should live your life the way you want to ..
and unless you've been with the billions of other people in the world, you won't know who your true love is because you've only been looking in one city.
