Ahh-haa-haa! great question, had to laugh after reading. It wouldn't matter if you used a silencer or not if they were miming behind bulletproof glass.

I don't know ,but I've always wanted to throw a Rattlesnake on a mime when he was trapped in that invisible box.Not only would he scream but he would get out of that box in a big hurry.

If you want to get away with it, use a silencer

You would not need a silencer. Just don't shoot a clown. They taste funny.
