saca los impuestos - It means when you finish something completely/excessively. like a kid who eats his spaghetti and licks the bowl clean. Licking the bowl would be "sacando los impuestos"
habla huevadas - speaks idiocies
eres la muerte - you're death (used as a compliment to someone who is over the top in a characteristic. A tough cop, a good comedian, or a rambunctious kid could all be called 'la muerte')
