His actions and his 'words' are totally contradictory. He only believes in 'self-promotion'.
Best wishes.

I've heard that Gore's Academy Award winning movie predicts something like 20 feet rise in sea level this century. Gore is smart enough to know that this is not the consensus of any scientific organization. The recent United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report predicts the sea level rise in inches, not feet.
The politicians and the media is telling us we're 90 percent certain that global warming is caused by humans. The truth is that there is no agreement that the globe is warming at all.

Yes he believes in Global Warming.
When did he ever accuse YOU of not doing enough, did you ever meet?
It is hypocritcal that he uses much more energy than required flying around talking about saving energy, we have the technology that he doesn't have to GO there in order to speak there, I agree with you on that
But a 747 gets the same gas mileage PER SEAT as your car, no points for you on that one.
He's not lying. At least not about global warming, he might lie on his taxes for all I know.

The "questions" about Al Gore are nonsense.
Al Gore has nothing at all to do with the science behind global warming. He is in no way responsible for any of the solid data about global warming. He is not singlehandedly causing global warming. He's just an actor.
And his message is backed by 99+% of all scientists. They may disagree on some of the details, but not on the basic message. Global warming is real, it's not natural, it's caused by us. And it is a serious threat to our country.
Here's some solid information about the basic scientific agreement on global warming and just a little of the data underlying it.
http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/fu...
http://scrippsco2.ucsd.edu/graphics_gall...
http://aip.org/history/climate/co2.htm...

Not from some weirdos, but from the most respected scientific organizations in the world. Practically every scientific organization publicly supports the reality of global warming.
Talking about Al Gore's personal life in the face of the threat is silly. The people quoted below are hardly fans of Al Gore, but they don't make that mistake. They don't get their information from "An Inconvenient Truth", they get it from the best scientists in the world. None of these people are fools, or environmental crazies. You may not respect them all, but surely you respect some.
"The science of global warming is clear. We know enough to act now. We must act now."
James Rogers, CEO of Charlotte-based Duke Energy.
"The overwhelming majority of atmospheric scientists around the world and our own National Academy of Sciences are in essential agreement on the facts of global warming and the significant contribution of human activity to that trend."
Russell E. Train, Republican, former environmental official under Presidents Nixon and Ford
"We simply must do everything we can in our power to slow down global warming before it is too late. The science is clear. The global warming debate is over."
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Republican, Governor, California
"Our nation has both an obligation and self-interest in facing head-on the serious environmental, economic and national security threat posed by global warming."
John McCain, Republican, Senator, Arizona
"These technologies will help us become better stewards of the environment - and they will help us to confront the serious challenge of global climate change."
President George Bush
These "questions" have nothing at all to do with science. They are simply political statements which properly belong in the politics section.

Yes but he has the courage to stand up and talk about the subject. We need to change the way we live so we can all live more sustainable lives. Whether he does or not he is right it is something we all SHOULD do! At least he doesn spend time trying to con people into thinking that NOTHING is happening.

makes no difference to global warming who believes it or not
we as humans and all the other forms of life on this planet will pay the price for mans greed and ignorence ,
and even though there is the remote posibility of some sort of salvation ,mans quest for power will keep him to busy to do anything about it ,and people will never co-operate to get it together ,in time ,untill our *****s are on fire

Of course he does.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
The man is a cardboard cutout with the I.Q. to match. He wastes more resources in a week than most of us consume in a year.
And you really should quit listening to FOX news, you'll learn something else to upset a lib.
