I'm a pro at this! If you're interested in someone, when you talk to them, REALLY look into their eyes when you smile or talk to them; even if it's just a "Good Morning" glance and smile. If you see them do a "double take", you've put the message across. If they approach you, they're interested, if they don't, you're still safe in just a friendship and they see you as being really personable. Good luck!
