I am wanting to make a milkshake or a smoothie....with the following ingredients....
Strawberries
Bananas
chocolate

you can add or omit the chocolate in the milkshake or smoothie if you don't have a recipe for it.

You can also add a different ingredient also.

P.S. please don't tell me look at recipes online...I am wanting new ideas on shakes and plus ones that you like.

Thanks

Smoothie:

Forgive me, I don't know any measurements - add stuff until it looks right.

This is about the best smoothie I've ever personally made! It tastes like there's ice cream or something in it, but there's not!

Freeze the strawberries. Put them in a blender. Add (non-frozen) banana. Then add a little pineapple juice. Blend.

Too thick? Add more juice. Too runny? Add more strawberries.

I advise you start out with less juice than you think you'll need. It's easier to add more of that than it is strawberries - you might run out.

This is a pretty basic formula for any smoothie:
frozen fruit
fresh fruit
fruit juice

Have fun playing with the combinations!

Oh, and save a little in the blender, and add a bit of chocolate, just to see if that tastes any good!

Chocolate Strawberry Banana Milkshake

A wonderful milkshake that can easily be adapted for low-sugar diets.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
2 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink mix
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons white sugar

DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine milk, frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, chocolate milk powder, vanilla and sugar. Blend until smooth. If consistency is too runny, you may add more strawberries.

I fill my blender up about halfway with ice, add 2 bananas (to make it creamy) & about a cup of strawberries. Pour milk in until it comes about halfway up the ice and start to blend. If it stops mixing add more milk (it's varies so less is more at first) then add your chocolate. It will be creamy, smooth and very very good!!!!!!! It's lower in calories than recipes that use yogurt or ice cream.

This makes alot... about the size of Smoothie Kings biggest size they offer.

I make smoothies with soymilk, frozern bananas and chocolate (actually I use Milo), if you freeze the bananas, you don't have to use ice cream, so it's much lower in fat but still cold and thick and tastes great :o)

Strawberries, Banana, evaporated milk, and vanilla ice cream or sugar. The evap milk makes it really creamy. Also, you can try putting chunks of cake in there... it's really good (got that idea from Coldstone)
