Since I started eating little amounts of carbs each day, I have found I didn't have much of an appetite. The protein fills my belly. And I always drink my water!

first, embrace your appetite...and don't take pills, and don't buy into all of that negative body image crap...love yourself...you are more interesting if the questions you have to ask are not about supressing your appetite...but...

drink a glass of water before each meal...eat regular amounts, don't eat a large meal...basically get used to eating regular amounts of food...don't eat empty calories...keeping a little of something healthy in you stomach will help regulate your appetite so that you don't get "really" hungry and eat a huge meal when your body actually doesn't need it...chew more, swallow less...eat a fist sized amount of food...

be healthy, in and out...

Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. These are filling and are good at flushing out your body at the same time. High in fibre so will make the bad toxins come out sooner than other things! Good luck :-)

By eating breakfast, lunch, dinner. Allow yourself a mid-morning snack, maybe one in the afternoon, and one in the early evening. Drink lots of water too - 8 - 8oz glasses of water or 4-16oz bottles of water per day.

Drink lots of water. Many times when your body says hungry it really means thirsty. Those slim fast things, though they contain a lot of sugar, make you not very hungry.

I get a big bag of soy crisps from costco and keep it in the car. They are high in protein and for some reason after snacking on them I don't feel hungry any more.

caffeine is a great appetite supressant, sometimes on the weekend I just drink coffee, and don't even realise I haven't eaten all day. Whenever you feel hungry have a cup of tea/coffee or a cola.

My husband will laugh about this, but drink water......

Everytime he wants a snack or complains about a headache, or that he didn't get that much to eat, I offer a glass of water. It's our own joke now, but seriously drink more water.

Either that or start exercising more to make your body start burning the fat it has stored inside of you. Water plus exercise equals fit bodies and less big mac attacks....or in my case, chocolate attacks. :-)

wait 20 minutes after eating what you consider a healthy portion and you will feel full. This works by magic, and that's a scientific fact.
