Hi i cut my hair really short and now i'm growing it out but it takes forever and my ma told me that a vitamin called horse tail is good for hair skin and nails, Indian oils work as well.

urotherapy is for those who have incontinence of the bladder. usually young children, so this wont make you grow hair, it's merely a way to train an immature bladder.
now, if your speaking urine therapy, that would be the correct term and no, it will not make you grow hair.
you state you have no hormonal problem, so drinking your own urine will not help. infact, hormon issue or not, it won't work.
it doesnt work for cancer, skin rashes or anything else for that matter.
it's unproven to be effective for anything and all you will be doing is drinking waste.
