Qué hambriento esta Sancho!

If you said: How hungry is Sancho?, the translation would be: Que tan hambriento esta Sancho?

Note. Sancho is a character in Cervantes' Don Quixotte

I will try. How hungry is Sancho?

(Inverted exlamation point) Cuánta hambre tiene Sancho?

He does not know how hungry Mimi is. - El no sabe cuánta hambre tiene Mimi.

How hungry! = ¡Qué hambrientro! or ¡Cuán hambriento!

how hungry (is/are...)? = ¿Qué tan hambriento (está/están...)? or ¿Cuán hambriento está/están...?

he doesn't know how hungry Mimi is = él no sabe qué tan hambrientA está Mimi or él no sabe cuán hambrienta está Mimi

he doesn't know how hungry Sancho is = él no sabe qué tan hambrientO está Sancho or él no sabe cuán hambriento está Sancho

he doesn't know how hungry Mimi and Sancho are = él no sabe qué tan hambrientOS están Mimi y Sancho or él no sabe cuán hambrientos están Mimi y Sancho.

hambriento (mas, sin)
hambrienta (fem, sin)
hambrientos (mas or mas and fem, plu)
hambrientas (fem, plu)

Hope that helps ;)

you do know that "sancho" means your boyfriend on the side, right?
The rest I'm not so sure of and I don't want to relay something that might be incorrect.
So good luck with that.
