http://www.acsoftwareservices.com/multimedia02.html - this one is a "trial version"

http://www.downloadjunction.com/product/freeware/7356/index.html - this one is free, but it new and unproven.

An OPEN SOURCE software program that joins video clips together is called - Virtual dub Mod

http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/ which is based off of
http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/

both of these are proven for video joining.

If you want to spruce your video up a little, then Adobe offers a home video editing edition of Premiere, which runs at around $65 for Students, and Teachers, or $100 for everyone else.

This is the easiest to use, and will yield the best results.
