that's totally false! many westerns have prejudices and say untrue statements about other cultures... so they don't eat aborted babies.

Where on earth did you hear this? Ridiculous.
The only time I've heard of anyone eating a human body (other than perhaps the Donner party) is people who eat the placenta after a baby is born.

That's funny, the chinese don't eat human babies, only rare and endangered animals.
Aborted fetuses used to be put into women's skin cream and sold all over the world, although that practice has fallen out of fashion and you can only find fetuses in the highest-end products.
