i physically see me dead best friend, not a joke, please help?

she comes to me at night, and the worst part is, i don't believe in ghosts, at least i didn't. it scares the s-hit out of me and i'm not one to be afraid of much. i hear her voice, i see her when i blink, when i close my eyes, i'm afraid to close my eyes, and then i'm afraid to open them. i lost her to a car crash 3 months ago, we were closer than you can imagine, i loved her more than anything. she says the same thing to me most of the time, i can't really understand it but it sounds like this "skyin grinmee doovell ny", does this sound like another language? can anybody read it? i can't sleep anymore, what do i do?

She comes when you are more open to receive her, when your mind is quiet. She comes because you both were close to one another. This is more common than many are aware and happens often among family members and loved ones.

You need to talk to her even if it does scare you. You don't understand what she is saying because you are afraid and don't want to hear it. But, it really is okay. You will understand it. She will keep coming until you talk with her and resolve whatever she is trying to communicate to you. Then she will move on to where she needs to be. You need to help her. In helping her you help yourself.

Do your best to communicate with her without fear. You are not in danger. The love is still there. If after awhile there is no progress then you will need the help of a medium you trust through a referral.

Im sorry you lost your friend! What you do about seeing her is dont fight it. Yeild to it. The more you fight it the more it will come. All things must pass, this will to in time. Stress and sadness could make you keep seeing her. Ghost? Possible, but what ever the case, it will pass! Bless you.
