Generally around the same time they get their first period. Hormones=Sex drive=Fantasies. Sorry if that answer offended anyone, but it is simply biological fact. Once a girl has had her period, she could technically conceive a child. Your body reacts to this change by giving you a desire to reproduce.

Oh man... it definitely depends on the girl. Some start early, some later. It just depends. Sorry I couldn't have been more informational, but there really is no way to determine a general age when it varies. If you want a number though I would have to say between 11-16. hope that helped!
