Me? I clean out the cupboards. Or mop the floor. Something I don't have to think about, until my body catches up with my mind, and then I go to bed and sleep......

I find a bar that I don't know anybody at, that's quiet and low key. I have a few drinks and take a walk. Then I go to sleep without setting an alarm clock. It always works. If you don't drink, go for decaf coffee or a smoothie or something. Warm drinks always work for me, it calms me down.

Oh, and don't think about stuff. Just blank out.

Meditation is always a key component of my life, but not many people can do it.

I find that laying in bed, reading a book, or just taking a nap works very well to relieve the mental exhaustion. To relieve the psychological fatigue, try writing in a journal, sometimes it helps to see your probelms on paper, kind of a different view point. Also, just talking to someone will help relive that tension as well.

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Normally I would sleep (zzzzz..). It may probably takes up to 10-13 hours of sleep depending on how tired is your body and mind. It does not only help you to recover your energy but help you to gain your mental sight better after a long hours of sleep. Hope you cld try it. Good luck!
