I ate some turkey yesterday about 3pm, and it tasted alright, but did smell kind of wierd and was a touch slimey...I went ahead and ate it, mostly bc I was in a hurry to get to school, it was just one or two pieces in a wrap, and at about 12am, I started to feel real sick...my stomach started cramping REALLY bad! And of course, diarrhea...but no vomiting, I felt like I needed to, but never did. Also, during the cramping my legs and feet WOULD NOT STOP SHAKING! I finally got to sleep after being in pain for like 2-3 hours...today I felt a little better, couldnt really eat anything, and now my stomach is vibrating...its the best way I can describe it (weird I know)
Is this food poisoning??
Should I just let it runs its course?

Sounds like that turkey was the culprit, although it's possible that you just picked up a virus. In any case, if you are feeling better, your best bet is to just watch and wait. If you go to the hospital and tell them you seem to be feeling better already, they'll probably just send you home to sleep it off. Drink a lot of water and clear fluids to flush out your system and avoid dehydration. get plenty of sleep, and keep a careful eye on your symptoms. If you develop a high fever, bloody diarrhea, or your symptoms become worse in any way, see a doctor immediately. If you seem to be on the mend, just let it run its course. Your body is already working on getting rid of whatever caused this, so unless it gets worse you should be fine. If you are not better in a couple days, phone your doctor and see if it would be worth your while to go to the hospital. It never hurts to call.

What ever you do drink lots of water...My mom just went to the hospital yesterday for what you are describing and she had a seizure because she got dehydrated and her blood pressure was really low. It could be food poisoning or the stomach flu that is what they told her. She is better today. If it doesn't go away by tomorrow see a doctor.
