I had a homeless bum walk up to me on the street just as I was contemplating stepping out in front of traffic. He smiled at me and he had the most stunning light blue eyes, and then I turned away for a moment and when I turned back around, he was gone.

Yes I have. When I was 19 I had to walk over 10 miles home very late, and very sick. I didn't know it but my appendicitis was going to burst. There was this young guy who walked with me. I kept wanting to stop and lay down but he would tell me to get up. I asked him to carry me but he said nothing and never touched me. When I got to the Base(Navy) he was gone. They called someone to take me to the hospital.
BTW his name was Jonny.

It has happened lots of times to people I know. Where someone will just disappear and there was no place for them to have gone. Unfortunately, that has not happened to me.

I knew an old, dirty, alcoholic, town drunk who turned out to be an angel in disguise. You never know who you're talking to. He died but he was awesome to me.
