Tell him when you have his undivided attention. Ask him to make an appointment for you at the doctor. If he won't do that, then if you feel out of breath at school, go to the nurse, and she can verify your symptoms to him and recommend for you to go to the doctor.

You might try researching the subject and explaining to him that there are different types of asthma. There is a type called exercise induced asthma which occurs during and after exercise, if that occurs you should explain that to him. If it becomes bothersome make sure to talk to him about the possibility of treatment or a friend. Although asthma is not usually fatal it can be if untreated.

if he doesnt believe you, just go to the doctor and get it diagnosed. He would be pretty stupid not to pay attention to it though.
