You have to define what steal is. Most people will say that they are not stealing while others do consider what they are doing as stealing. For example, picking a lost bill off the sidewalk. Or, using the bathroom at a restaurant without patronizing.
So, no I don't steal.

I would only steal if I had to. Like to provide food for my children or something like that otherwise I couldn't do it.
