There is no problem in URL given, its working. This may be problem with ur network setting or internet connection.

Please check, if other link is working. If yes, then there may be some problem with the site temporarily. Clear your internet history and temporary files from the tools menu of internet explorer.

assuming your not behind a proxy firewall thats locking out that site, try clicking (in IE) Tools>Internet Options>Security>
then click each icon( internet,local,trusted,restricted) and then click lower right button default level.
Also in internet options under general tab click delete cookies & delete files (include offline pages)
if your still on net but google wont display look for some type of malware/virus to be culpret and use some removal tools.
