why can't they zip the lock? casue sometimes you forget to open it, stick it in the fridge, its not ziplocked, but the label is holding it folded over ****...but then it could get too moist, or too dry, or drip blood like roast beef...

Either LAZY or mentally challenged in my book. Pet peave of mine also was deli manager for 10 years and I constantly was on them.

i don't know... think it's cheaper, that's why... you can always ask for more layers of paper so the stuff won't get soaked so fast... or else when you reach home, repack in ziplock bags :) troublesome, but the only solution is to write a complain to the supermarket's boss...

Don't blame the deli staff for your C**K ups.

When you get the food home it is your responsibility to yourself, and your family that the food is stored properly.

How would you feel if you gave your son or daughter food poisoning because you were too lazy to store food properly ?

If you ziplock, bread gets soggy and sanwiches don't taste as good.
