Okay, I'll be honest. I hate excercise. Always have. I've always been on the slender side so was never really motivated and I have asthma so it limits my options. In college I took a couple yoga classes. Well, one of them was Awesome!! It was called gentle yoga :) Anyways it was fantastic for me. It helped me have more energy, feel better about myself, stretch out my body, feel positive about excercise, breath better, drink more water, eat better etc... It just gave me better general health. It even motivated me to buy my own yoga gear. I have to say I love it!
