Plenty of people don't have belly buttons.
It's completely true.
It has everything to do with how the doctor ties your umbilical cord at birth. The doc even asked my mom whether she wanted me to have an innee or an outee!
There is a tribal group of people who don't remove the umbilical cord until later when it falls off naturally and as a result they have no belly buttons.

There may have been an aestetic belly button just to make her look beautiful (but then was it an inny or an outty?) lol...there certainly was no need for one.... as for shocked? not at all. if you remember the whole curse of women thing, she had just endured her first cramps, cycle, full term natural childbirth while Adam lit cigars in the waiting room and had full knowledge of the curse on generations to come....the belly button would have been just another blip in otherwise chaotic, hellish life....

No they had no reason to have a belly button they were not born they were created so they had no need for belly buttons. they were never connected to there mother by a umbilical cord.

No, they didn't have belly buttons, because they were never inside of a womb attached to an umbilical cord.

That is a neat question. I would have to say no they didn't. I cant see where they would have needed one since they were not born but created. I don't know that it matters really though but its still a cool question.

Of course, I think we can assume that they were created with the appearance of age in every other respect.

It really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, does it? But you can always ask Jesus when you go to heaven! :)
