Speak slowly and try to "picture" the words you want to say in your mind and let your brain process the words you want to say just before you say them. It takes some practice but speech therapists use that tactic quite often.

Plan out what you're going to say before you say it (which is good advice for a lot of people) and speak slowly. And if you mostly have trouble speaking when you're nervous, try taking a deep breath to calm yourself down first.

Just slow down and think about what you want to say before you say it. I do that when I have too many things on my mind, and too much going on at once. So I guess just relax, think, take a breath, and speak. lol.

I know others have already said this but just talk slow, not really slow just slow enough so you can get out what you want to say. Also think about what your wanting to say before you start speaking

You might have some chemical thing that causes you not to think about what comes out of you mouth before it does... I have it and used to take medication and im off it now and better...Ask your doctor.
