This one girl in my grade, all the guys totally LOVE her, and i was wondering, what does she do?

There are a lot of attributes that males find attractive in females, and any one of them could cause an obsession. I would guess that if you're around the age of puberty she's probably the most developed girl in your class. The closest to looking like an adult. It could be her personality tho, or the clothes she wears, even just her height. Don't worry dearie. The boys will discover you soon enough. No need to rush things. Besides, it's better to look the most womanly when you ARE a woman, so aim for that.

Hope this isn't to deep for you, boys have ego's and if you can appeal to a boys ego you will look like a friend. Don't blame your self if you don't know how to do this some girls have mothers that teach this to them.These girls are what I call, The few for the many.
