No, it is a scam. Don't send them any reply and don't loose your money.

It is a scam. Do not provide any personal information to the sender. In fact do not even respond.

It's a scam. Don't reply to it. If you receive any message, even from your own bank, CALL your bank directly to the phone number listed in the phone book, not to the phone number listed in the message.
