Usually the best places to go for a loan are your banks you regularly do business with. That way there is a personal tie there. The best thing to qualify you for a loan is good credit, a solid job for the last 6 months, etc. Try to get a fixed interest loan. Shop around and compare. Plus you will probably need collateral to get a loan. As for fees, there will be (possibly) application fees, point fees, credit check fees, etc. It depends on the kind of loan and the policy of the bank or institution.
