Honey, We need more details! Is he randomly saying Hi to you now, where as before, he didn't...? Does he go out of his way, to make sure he says Hi to you? And is there more than just a Hi? Don't get mixed signals. And if he is interested, and you're not, say Hi (cuz there's no need to be rude), but leave it that. Trust me! I've learned the hard way. You then get guys hoping or expecting more when all you were doing was being friendly by extending that Hello into a conversation!

There is a possibility he likes you but you never know he could just be friendly. Or like you as a friend. The only way you will know is to explore your opportunities. If you are single invite him to go out and hang out with you and some friends. If he is interested in you he will definitely take you up on that offer and he will flirt with you or try to get to know you better. If he does not like you he will deny your invite or come along and just hang out and not flirt. Or you could just make it easier and ask or have someone ask for you.

It depends. When he says hi, does he stop to talk? Smile? Make bodily contact, like touching your arm while he's talking to you? Does his body language in any way suggest that he's attracted to you?
Some people are just nice and say hi alot, but some guys might actually be interested in you, and that's their way of showing it, since they're shy. There's only one way to tell - ask him out for coffee or something and chat, get to know him, see if you like him back, you never know until you ask.

A simple "Hi" doesn't mean anything. If you really want to know if he likes you, encourage a conversation. From your simple "Hi" response, you can engage him into a friendly tete-a-tete. The more you get the chance to talk to him, the better it'd be for you to know him.

Well heres the thing, I tell mostly hot girls hi all the time not ugly ones cause I don't want anything to do with them only if they have a hot friend. But I think he does.

Well he must if he speaks to you but i'm sure he probably tells everyone hi. Why don't you be the one to ask him if you can buy him a cup of coffee sometimes and see his reaction. U never know????

is he ur boss? if so it is possible, but he cant approach u becouse of many companies management/employee policies

I don't know. How is he with other co-workers, does he say hi to them too. What do you know about him. Is he married, does he have a girlfriend? Start a conversation with him.
