College Tax Return Question?

I just recieved my w-2 for college tuition can i claim this?

Its a 1098-T Form and i dont have a job is there anyway i can still get money out of this?

yes, you absolutely can claim this....i just filed my taxes and my edu. credit boosts my return like crazy

Can you be claimed as a dependent? If your parents can claim you, then THEY get the education credits, not you. If you can't be claimed as a dependent, then you can if you have any tax liability - if you don't have, then the credit won't do anything for you.
