If he's built up a tolerance he quite possibly is completely serious. I've seen guys at college who are skiiiinny drink that many SHOTS and been ok because of their tolerance. Completely disturbing in my opinion. It's good that you don't have that high of a tolerance yourself, would you really want to risk drinking that much all the time which could potentially lead to alcohol poisoning, liver problems, and a beer belly :P yuck. So yeah your friend is probably telling the truth and he shouldn't be proud of it.

Of course its possible. Just takes tolerance. And time. Not half bad for a little guy. Im 19 and 230 lbs. I can drink with the best of 'em but 22 isn't too shabby. Keep in mind that it takes the average person about one hour to process one shot of 70-80 proof liquor (one beer, one glass of wine) and after around 4-5 drinks in an hour they are slightly to moderately inebriated, so he was probably quite drunk if he did this in a short amount of time.

everything is possible, but whats with drinking beer and get drunk and becomes a looser? And next morning have hang over or alcohol poision, and whatever worries that brought into the drinking session will still be exist in the end? I seen people having wine poison and its definitely nothing to be take pity on either.

Risking your life to liver, kidney damage. Worth it? I swear I had never drink a full can of beer throughout my 23yrs of life. Never liked it anyway, I'm not being a paranoid, i just do what i feel its best for my health.

Cheers!

Yeah, it's possible... But, remember, after the 10th beer he probably starts to lose count. I'm 265 pounds and I don't know that I could handle 22 beers in one night. Over the course of 18 hours or so, probably.

Sure it's possible, when I was 14 and weighed 125 lbs. I drank 17 beers. I was smashed and lost my virginity but I had a cool beer tab necklace to commemorate the experience. Too bad I don't remember it. My brother, who was 17, drank more than me, he was shotgunning them. I don't recommend it since anyone can get alcohol poisoning or do really stupid things like I did, but it is most definitely possible.

Anything is possible but he must have been pounding them back to get that many down before he either got sick or passed out (or maybe both). If he's drinking that much at his age he really needs to slow down. He's on a slippery slope right now. Fun today and a serious problem tomorrow.

Sure it is, I can drink a lot of liquor, but my bf who is 160 and 6'1" can drink at least a 30 pack by himself or a whole bottle of jack daniels by himself and still walk fine, until he sits down for like 30 minutes, but he has built up a tolerance from about 6 years of drinking

Of course. When I was that age I could easily finish off a case of beer in a night. I weighed about 165ish. If his body metabolizes very fast and he has built up a tolerance, no problem.

Is the amount of time duration the same? are you doing it in 4 hrs and him 10? Is he slamming them? And is he urinating and throwing up some of it. Eating is also a factor to consider.Eating lots of greasy foods before drinking will absorb more alcohol therefore you can drink more.

He's probably bullshitten, but I've maxed out at 30, and that was because I ran out of beer. And it was over 12 hours, with a 2 hour halftime nap.
