Yes you have herpes and no your chances of dying are not greater. Cold sores aka herpes is very common but it is very contagious so when you have an active cold sore do not share food, drinking glasses or eating utensils with some one else. Do not kiss on the lips and wash your hands well anytime they come near your face so you don't give it to someone else.

I got diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about 5 yrs ago, whilst I was still in college and had a dumb one-night stand. I know a lot of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/rmoOv everything changed.
Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the herpes simplex virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?
But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

a cold sore is herpes simplex however there are blisters that can form on your lips from rubbing them too much when they are chapped or messing with your lips too much they are just blisters and dont have the exact appearance of a cold sore so if you have blisters/cold sores go to a doctor and check them out so you can be sure what they are

Yes dont worry I have it too. They think 1 in 5 americans get cold sores. Get Abreva. The only OTC that works I use it, it shortens healing time. If you can you can also rush to see a doc when you feel it coming on and getting valtrex, valtrex knocks it out within a day or so.

A cold sore is the Herpes Simplex virus, and no, it's not lethal. It's just annoying.
