hey, I decided I'm gonna start exercising more often...but I tend to give up on things if I'm not motivated, so I figured a tattoo would be like a constant reminder for me to keep exercising...So how can I make some form of a tattoo on my skin that won't be sweated off while exercising, and that lasts a long time...Also I'm only 15 so I can't get a real tattoo.

What your looking for would be a Mehndi or Henna tattoo. You can get this plant tattoo at a good body works shop and is usally pretty cheap.

These can last weeks I beleive by "staining" the skin.

Well usually it only takes about 2 weeks for you to get into a routine... and once you're in it- you are much less likely to stop.

The website I put below said that henna tattoos last about 10 days to two weeks...and if you feel like it I bet you could reapply it.

I'm not sure where you could find it to do it yourself other than through that website. I'd recommend asking an Indian people you know- it's likely that they know!

A henna tattoo won't work. I know of several people that have had them and they only last 5 to 10 days.
How about a special string and bead bracelet. They're fairly popular with teens of both genders .
