window xp professional?

had my computer upgraded and the it has window xp professional on it before I had window xp home bit if i put in a floppy disk(resume) it says please insert disk in a drive if i put in a blank and try yo save something it says the same...please help I need my resume.thanks in advance

it may not be recognizing the drive. try using the add new hardware function and see if pro will set up for the drive. it may need the driver for it re-installed.
