I guess you are talking about a bubblegum bubble? It's easier to learn with good old fashioned bubblegum, not sugarless. Sugarless isn't as stretchy. One regular piece of bubblegum should be plenty, chew until good and soft, no grainy sugar left. Don't rush it. Use the tip of your tongue to kinda flatten the gum against the roof of your mouth or against your teeth, a nice, even thickness, but not so thin that it breaks as soon as you blow it. It takes some practice to get it just right. Then with the tip of your tongue in the middle of the gum (gum should sorta surround the tip of your tongue) push it against your teeth and open your teeth a little so the gum starts to go between them. Then pull your tongue back, and breathe out (you don't have to blow hard) while using your teeth and lips to keep the gum from just shooting out. Your lips have to be open to let the bubble out, but a little tight to keep the rest of the gum in. Your lips should be kinda like they would be if you were blowing out a birthday candle or blowing up a balloon. And practice, practice, practice until you figure out what works best for you.

very difficult to explain... simply put, chew the bubble gum until not so sweet. flatten gum against your teeth/roof of mouth using your tongue, making sure gum is even in thickness. push tongue through middle of gum, through teeth, and through lips... now here's the hardest part--blow out air through your mouth, tongue should tilt a bit upwards and have sides of tongue should move up a bit, leaving a "valley" for the air. practice makes perfect, just try and try again... don't give up and study how other people blow their gum :) won't guarantee instant success, it's like learning how to whistle... be persistent and persevere!!! :D
