I am a good looking,down to earth,smart,thoughtful 25 year old black male with a good job and car and for some reason when I try and make small talk to break the ice they seem to be mad if i don't hae 3 kids and been to jail.

If you talk to them like like how you asked your question (telling them how good you are) then yeah I would run away too. It makes you look like a player guy just trying to get a gal in bed. And also, its not all about the job and money. To some, yes. But to us real ones, its not. And if theres no connection then it doesnt matter if you are rich or poor. Not every girl is going to fall in love with you cuz of your job and car. Guaranteed there are guys just like you out there. You gotta just have that connection.

Every woman likes a bad boy..... HOWEVER.... when it comes down to it.... a good man is definitely the one we want to settle down with! No body wants to go visit their husband in prison with their 7 kids! lol
Maybe the problem is the places you are trying to break the ice at!.... or it may be that the women are NOT ready for a good man yet...... keep looking - Miss Right might be just around the corner... don't settle for less!!!

I don't think you've been meeting the right women. Lol. Of course women want a good man. It's just that in their 20's most women aren't quite interested in the good job, good car thing. They want to go out and party and hook up with random guys and just enjoy being out and about and being single. You've just gotta keep looking. There are still some girls who know what a good thing looks like and will be quick to snatch it up.

I can't speak for all women, but there is some attraction to the "bad" boy, but in the end, it's the good guy that's going to win in the end for me, because you can't trust the bad boys, and trust is what's needed!

well, women tend to like the bad boy image, but a good boy at heart. well that's how i am. but believe me, in the end, the good guys win. good guys treat their women with respect and love and kindness. what woman hates that?

lol sorry to say I wish I could like a good guy but I always have to go for the bad boy I dont know why but I do and I know that its not good for me.
