What does it mean when one of the areas by your rib goes in (underneath each of the breast areas), in other wo

What does it mean when one of the areas by your rib goes in (underneath each of the breast areas), in other words, concaves, but the other doesn't? I've never had this happen to me before?

Any ideas on what could be happening?
