I have seen her there for about a month at the same time I go. Usually at 6:00pm after the workday. I know she has seen me, cause we have made eye contact. Thing is, I don't want to bother her while she is getting her workout on and stuff! Please Help Ladies.

just be aware of your body language and what you are saying to her. just be casual and relaxed. women tend to get hit on at the gym so as long as you don't come across that way then I see no harm in talking to her.
