First of all, "it" would be a human life, a baby and yes, that is possible even if related, but the closer you are related, the more chance she would have of giving birth to a child with problems, or of having a miscarriage. Frankly, if you want to screw around without any concern or respect for the possible creation of a child, use birth control. Your attitude does little to show any care or concern for new life.

Being a sibling or first cousin is the most dangerous for causing birth defects. Check with a medical professional for further information.

It depends on how you are related and how many overlapping genes you have. If you have enough overlapping genes, results could be anything from down syndrome, developmental disabilities, physical deformaties, you name it. Unless, you two are at least 2nd or 3rd cousin removed, it would be very wise to call this whole thing off, for the sake of all of you. This is ofcourse assuming she is not already pregnant. If that be the case, you are in it for the long run unless you give him/her up for adoption.

yes, although if you are like brother and sister or something like that you shouldn't as there could be genetic problems. If you are second cousins it should be OK. Just depends on how related you are.

yes. If you are related and carry any recessive or deformed gene's you have a higher likely hood of passing them onto your offspring.
if you have color blindness in your family it could be more easily passed on, or dwarfism, depending on what's in your family.

and six fingers is actually and domanent gene not recessive.
