Usually you can purchase it at a bakery supply shop, or you can try online to see if it can be shipped. You might also want to whip up your own, so go online and see if you can find a recipe for it.

They are at craft stores that sell cake decorating supplies (Michaels, Joanns... good for smaller cakes) or online (kitchenkraft.com) for larger projects... this is more cost effecient.

Believe it or not, they sell it at Wal-Mart in the crafts isle. I just hope you aren't Paris Hilton...

any craft store that sells Wilton's brand products. i've found it at wal-mart and michael's craft store.
