find out what her interests are. strike up a conversation about her interest. than ask about her hobbies. and see if u both like to do the same thing. and take it from there.

Be honest, and just walk up to her and tell her you would like to get to know her better...just be straight up with her...Honesty and fearlessness can be attractive...and besides, she's just a people...she has the same wants out of life as you do, she's not going to bite your head off...don't be pushy, just be open.
