maybe here's your problem: the way they pronounce vowels differently from US english..like the british english, they pronounce 'a' as 'ah' as in the word 'car'; 'i' as 'ee'; 'u' as 'oo'

for consonants, there are consonants that sound the same like the other consonants. In Hangul, the character 'giyeok' pronounced as 'g' or 'k'. Other examples:

digeut - d , t
rieul - l , r
bieup - b , p
jieut - ch , j

So, the answer for your questions (i typed them in American English pronunciation):
Jun Su = Joon Soo or Choon Soo
Chang Min = Chung Meen or 'Chunk Mean'?
Yun Ho = Yoon Ho
Yoo Chun = Yoo Choon
Jae Joong = Jay Joong or Chay Choong

(yeah, maybe that's how they're :P)

btw, here's some trivia for you:
- 45% of Korean people bear the family name Kim, Lee, or Park
- Hong Gil-dong is a common anonymous name like John Doe
- 5 most common family names: Kim, Lee, Park, Choong, Choi
