There are two ways to become fat. One to put on more fat on your body or second to increase your muscles which is more healthy.
If you just want to increase your weight and do not really want to pay attention to side effects of fat than you can eat anything you like. Like burgers, cheese pizza, butter or any junk food.
Or if you want to feel healthy and maintain your body than you should eat more of mutton, fish, eggs, etc. This will put weight on your body and it will give you a healthy feeling also.

Eat more food. I didnt say junk food, but just eat a little more, and also dont overdo it. if you do eat a lot, and you're still skinny, that means that you have a fast metabolism
1) Do you get hungry easily
2) are you hungry, like, every two hours

well, if it's yes to those two questions, then you definitely have a fast metabolism. You basically digest food faster. So it's all right.

Start working out and build up some muscle. Lift weights, run, lift more weights, swim, lift more weights, you get the idea. Six days a week, no excuse. Eat HEALTHY things that won't burn up fast, like chicken, vegetables and fruit. Drink alot of water.

Good luck!

Well, if you're bones are popping out and you need to put some more fat on your body, increase your intake of HEALTHY fats (olive oil, flaxseed, peanuts, nuts, etc.) and increase your intake of PROTEIN and WHOLE GRAIN carbs.

But if you don't want to get fat, but just feel skinny.. then you need to do weight training to add some muscle on your body. Also followed by a high-protein diet to repair you muscles from working them out.

My boyfriend same situation,.... it takes longer to gain healthy weight than to loose weight! it took about 10 months for him to gain 15 pounds...

Eat lots and lots of pasta/cream of wheat. Try those weight gainer calorie shakes 2200 from GNC.

watch 'supersize me'. dont do what he did.

there's no 'healthy' way to gain weight, but just don't eat extra fatty or high sugar things too often.
