Fox? or Foxconn?

Foxconn manufactures a lot of electronic innards for all kinds of companies. A lot of the large computer OEM's like Dell buy components manufactured or even entirely assembled by other subcontractors. The only thing Dell does is design their own cases and assemble them according to user configurations. They don't manufacture any of the parts inside. They just buy them from subcontractors and put them together from a warehouse of parts when an order comes in. Wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the parts, the chassis, or motherboard came from Foxconn.
