why do bowel cancer people have glands up most of the time under thier neck and under thier armpits?

Does this mean the cancer is spreading or has spread to the lymph nodes. I need serious answeres please, and why do bowel cancer people bleed from their bowel sometimes. Please help me with these questions. Thank you.

People with cancer have immune systems that are out of control, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had enlarged lymph nodes. It doesn't necessarily mean the cancer has spread, but it could be that, so the doctor should check them for sure. People with bowel cancer bleed becasue tumour cells are easily damaged, and they come apart from each other easily. When stool passes over the tumour cells, they are damaged, and the bowel bleeds. A person should follow the diet their doctor gave them for this condition, but if they didn't get a diet plan, a lower fibre diet will help, just to keep the bowel from getting beat up.

I have a very hard time taking anything you say, about "cancer" or even your Christianity seriously. When your posts are reviewed they give evidence of a very disturbed individual, bent on spreading hate, and condemnation rather than love, and right understanding.
As far as your cancer question, I think it doubtful & in honor of those who really do have a life-threatening illness, I am not going to provide you one.

You should ask an oncologist these questions or find out the information online. Colon cancer is treatable and curable in the early stages.
